1. EMAIL ADDRESS - You should have provided your email address with your order. If you did not, please send an email to Steve@FinancialWonder.com, and include your name and company so that we can match your email address to your order.

2. ACCOUNT SETUP TIME - Your purchase through Paypal, and the setup of your account may take 12 to 24 hours. You will receive an email from BrainChild Software with your corporate account number and your department account number. You MUST use these account numbers within your Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, or direct Internet Explorer commands.

3. EXCEL MACRO SOURCE CODE - You will also receive the password to unlock our Microsoft Excel macro code. Our Microsoft Excel macro is simply a front-end to our hosted solution at www.FinancialWonder.com/FWExcel.aspx. If you have on-site talent to modify our code, you are free to do so. These macros were provided for your convenience. This page, and our website, includes instructions on how to move these macros into an existing Microsoft Excel workbook, or your can move your worksheets into our Excel template.

4. WEB AND CUSTOM APPLICATION SUPPORT - You do not have to use Microsoft Excel to access our hosted solution at www.FinancialWonder.com/FWExcel.aspx. Excel is convenient because it readily stores your data requests, and readily stores the results of all calculations. You can access our solution from Internet Explorer. You can also access our solution from custom applications, provided you have purchased sufficient licenses for all users.

5. DATE OF SUBSCRIPTION - If you purchased an annual subscription, your subscription will end on the last day of the twelfth month from the date that your account becomes active. For example, if you purchased your account on January15, 2004, your account will expire January 31, 2005.

6. ACCOUNT PRIVACY – BrainChild Software will never sell your account, or provide your account to others for their marketing products. BrainChild will send you newsletters with tips on using our service and new offerings. You may always unsubscribe to these letters.

7. DATA PRIVACY – BrainChild Software does NOT store the data that you send to wwwFinancialWonder.com/FWExcel.aspx, and we do NOT store the results of your calculations. Therefore, if your account numbers were ever misused, the perpetrators would be unable to obtain any information on your account, because we do not store your data. We do reserve the right to track the IP address of the source of the request as a check on licensing, and we reserve the right to summarize the number of calculations requested and the method selected to help understand our subscriber’s needs to enhance our offerings.

8. SUPPORT - Customer service and support are provided through email at Steve@FinancialWonder.com. We will response as quickly as possible. The short tutorials on our website should guide you through most of your questions.

9. CONNECTIVITY ISSUES - BrainChild Software is NOT responsible for issues dealing with your local Internet access, and firewalls and proxy issues that may exist locally. Our website includes suggestions to avoid some of the issues that may occur. The Internet bandwidth needed to use this service is very minimal. Issues, should they arise, are usually related to local firewall and proxy servers, and your local Internet Explorer cache setting. The most common issue can be resolved by changing your Microsoft Internet Explorer Tools / Internet Options / Temporary Internet files - Settings to ‘Every visit to the page.’ You will then need to close all browser windows, before opening a new window.

10. RENEWAL - Your subscription does NOT automatically renew! BrainChild Software, will NOT automatically perform any additional charges against your account. You will receive an email notification for renewal prior to the end of your subscription.

11. REFUNDS - We provide a DEMO template in Microsoft Excel so that you can review our service in advance. Should you purchase our service, and then change your mind, you will be charged the lesser of your annual subscription, and the monthly basis of $175 with a minimum of one month’s charge. For example, if an annual subscription were purchased for $475, but this subscription was cancelled after only 20 days of service, service would be converted to a monthly $175, and a refund of $475-$175 or $300 would be provided. After two months, the potential refund under this example would be $125 ($475-$350). For a 10 user license for $975, use a monthly rate of $250.
